Sercomoil Awarded Construction Management Services Contract by CHEVRON

Cabinda, Angola — 10 July 2026

Sercomoil Lda, an Angolan-owned company based in Cabinda, has been awarded a Construction Management Services (CMS) contract by CHEVRON.

Under the scope of the contract, Sercomoil will provide services related to planning, coordinating and supervision of all phases of construction and fabrication activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality and regulatory standards. The award reflects Sercomoil’s evolution over the years in scopes of increasing complexity, technical capabilities and experience, as well as its alignment with Angola’s local content requirements.

The CMS contract builds on Sercomoil’s established track record in offshore maintenance support, including the provision of skilled personnel and specialized services for Subsea Projects, Fire and Gas systems and Cathodic Protection. The company’s technical teams have also supported lifting equipment repair programs and rope access activities within Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) environments.

In addition, Sercomoil facilitates procurement support for industry contractors, working with both local and international suppliers to meet project and operational requirements.

This contract award reinforces Sercomoil’s role as a local content partner within Angola’s oil and gas sector. The company operates in accordance with established safety, quality and performance standards, aligned with international industry practices and CHEVRON requirements.

As part of its broader commitment, Sercomoil continues to support community development initiatives in Cabinda. Under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, the company plans to contribute to the repair and maintenance of a local clinic and school in Buco Mazi during the 2026–2027 period.
